Demario Douglas Returns To The Practice Field
12 months ago

New England Patriots rookie wide receiver Demario Douglas (concussion) made his return to the practice field on Wednesday. It looks as though Douglas will have a chance to end his two-game absence and suit up in Week 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs, although he still needs to pass through the league's concussion protocol. Before his head injury, the 23-year-old first-year player had been New England's leading receiver, but that was also before quarterback Mac Jones lost his starting gig. Douglas should continue to have a substantial role in the Patriots' passing attack when he returns, but he may not have as much chemistry with quarterback Bailey Zappe. At the very least, Douglas is worth stashing in most fantasy formats.
