San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (neck) was a limited participant in the team's practice on Thursday for the second straight day. Samuel is dealing with a sprained neck that he suffered in the Week 16 Monday night loss to the Baltimore Ravens, but the fact he's been practicing so far this week bodes well for his availability for Week 17 against the Washington Commanders. There's a chance Samuel could be limited this weekend if he's active, but if he plays, he needs to be in all starting fantasy lineups with WR1 upside in a matchup against a defense that has been one of the friendliest all year to opposing wideouts. Samuel had been on fire of late before cooling off a bit in a tough matchup in Week 16, but he still has 19 catches (32 targets) for 360 yards and five touchdowns while adding 41 yards on the ground and two more TDs on seven carries in the last four games.
