Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught just two passes on four targets for 20 yards in the Week 16 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Hopkins' best fantasy performances of the year have come with rookie Will Levis (ankle), so his letdown performance with veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill wasn't surprising. If Tannehill starts in Week 17 against the Houston Texans, Hopkins still has fantasy upside, but his floor seems to be much lower.
