Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has seen 26 targets over his last three games with rookie quarterback Will Levis. In each of his last two games, he earned at least nine targets. That said, he is still firmly on the fantasy radar, despite failing to surpass 60 yards or score a touchdown in Week 9 and Week 10. Ultimately, the former All-Pro wideout still has plenty of spike week upside, but his floor is lower than ever in a struggling Tennessee offense. The Jacksonville Jaguars have allowed the 13th-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Hopkins has a wide range of outcomes and can be flexed in 12-plus team leagues.
