Dawson Knox To Have Wrist Surgery
one year ago

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said that tight end Dawson Knox (wrist) is having wrist surgery. Knox initially injured his wrist in Week 5 in London in the loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. There's no current timetable on a possible return, but we'll probably know a bit more after his surgery is complete. The Bills play on Thursday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 8, so Knox surely won't be ready to play in that contest, and it's a good bet he'll miss more time as well. The 26-year-old has had a low fantasy ceiling and floor because of the presence of rookie Dalton Kincaid, who now becomes a hot waiver-wire pickup if he's available in your league. Kincaid, who had a season-high eight catches for 75 yards in the Week 7 loss to the New England Patriots, is rostered in 42% of Yahoo leagues.
