Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (wrist) was activated from the injured reserve on Saturday. This was expectation after Knox was a full participant in practice all week. Knox is expected to make his return to the field for the Week 14 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. He has missed the last five games after having wrist surgery. Knox has 15 receptions for 102 yards and one touchdown this season. It'll be interesting to see how the Bills mix him into the offense alongside Dalton Kincaid.
