David Njoku Returns To Thursday's Practice
one year ago

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku (knee) was limited in Thursday's practice, per The Athletic's Zac Jackson. It's an upgrade for Njoku after not being seen at Wednesday's practice, which bodes well for his ability to be active in Week 10's divisional clash with the Baltimore Ravens. The 27-year-old former first-rounder has rebounded a bit from a lackluster start to the campaign of late, recording 4.3 receptions for 52.3 yards per game along with two visits to the end zone across his past three contests. Njoku should be good to go for Sunday's game if all goes well in Friday's session, but we'll see if he takes an injury designation into Sunday's tilt. Deshaun Watson's presence under center gives a boost to Cleveland's surrounding skill positions, and Njoku may need every bit of that in a rigid matchup. Baltimore is shutting down enemy tight ends for the second-fewest average half-PPR fantasy points this year.
