The Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted wide receiver David Moore to the active 53-man roster from the practice squad on Wednesday. Moore has been promoted to the active roster the last three games but has one catch on two targets for an 11-yard gain to show for it while playing 21 percent of the offensive snaps or fewer in all three contests. The 28-year-old will simply be providing receiver depth for the Buccaneers in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers behind Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, rookie Trey Palmer and Deven Thompkins. The last three games are the only three games that Moore has played in this year.
