Detroit Montgomery (ribs) is not practicing on Thursday, according to head coach Dan Campbell. The 26-year-old suffered a rib injury in the Week 6 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, forcing him to miss the Week 7 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens. In his absence, Jahmyr Gibbs posted 126 yards and a touchdown. He caught nine passes. If Montgomery does not play on Monday Night Football against the Las Vegas Raiders, Gibbs is a must-start option. However, Monday night game injuries always make things difficult for fantasy managers.
