David Montgomery A Solid RB2 In Week 17

Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery has seen his fantasy ceiling take a hit with the emergence of rookie Jahmyr Gibbs, but he still has plenty of value at the tricky RB spot. Gibbs has been electric over the last three weeks, but Montgomery has still handled 51 touches for 236 yards and a touchdown during that stretch. Ultimately, Montgomery has become more touchdown-dependent than ever, but he does just enough in the receiving game to have a solid floor in PPR formats. Unless a fantasy manager is loaded at running back, he's still worth starting as a low-end RB2 in the Week 17 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
