Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams had seven receptions for 57 yards on 11 targets in the 30-12 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 7. After Adams voiced his frustrations, the Raiders immediately got him more involved. The Raiders wide receiver had five catches on the first drive of the game. After that drive, Adams was minimally involved in the offense. Veteran Brian Hoyer filled in for the injured Jimmy Garoppolo, and he struggled mightily. However, Hoyer was not entirely at fault since Adams dropped a ball in the end zone. Adams has been vocal about his frustrations, but the Raiders have stated that the All-Pro receiver will not be traded ahead of the Halloween trade deadline. Adams did not play in the final minutes of the game since it was out of hand. After this colossal loss, the Raiders may need to reconsider. The Raiders face the Detroit Lions in Week 8. The Lions are tougher against the run than the pass, but it may not matter. The Raiders have been anemic on offense and cannot give Adams the ball consistently. Fantasy managers have been disappointed with the production the past three weeks, but Adams should still be started every week because of his talent.
