Davante Adams Looking For A Big Performance
one year ago

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams put up his worst line of the season, with one reception for 11 yards on one target against the Detroit Lions. Adams follows up his putrid performance with a matchup against the New York Giants. The Giants defense has been middle of the pack in terms of passing yards given up this season, but they have the eighth-lowest PFF grade for defensive coverage against receivers. With rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell back behind center, Adams could get back on track in Week 9. The last time O'Connell started, Adams received 13 targets, which could be the trend moving forward. Adams may have a lower ceiling but is a locked-and-loaded WR1 weekly.
