Davante Adams Frustrated With Role
one year ago

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams (shoulder) admits he's growing frustrated with his lack of catches in the team's recent contests. The veteran tallied six combined receptions for 74 yards against Green Bay and New England. He hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 3 when he was targeted 20 times. Adams has also been dealing with a shoulder injury he suffered in Week 4. Coach Josh McDaniels agreed that he needs to scheme ways to get the ball to the three-time All-Pro wideout. There's uncertainty about who will be throwing the football to Adams on Sunday. Starter Jimmy Garoppolo (back) did not practice Wednesday. Adams remains a WR1 against a shaky Chicago secondary for Week 7.
