Darren Waller Hopes To Return Next Week

New York Giants tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) said he's been running routes and that his hamstring is feeling good. He expects to return to practice next week and is hoping he can play against the New Orleans Saints in Week 15 if all goes well in his return to the field. Waller has been hurt by a nagging hamstring injury in his first year in the Big Apple and was put on Injured Reserve after aggravating his hammy in Week 8. Although quarterback Daniel Jones (knee) is done for the year, Waller still has a shot to return to help fantasy managers in the playoffs as a big-bodied target for either rookie quarterback Tommy Devito or Tyrod Taylor down the stretch. Daniel Bellinger has had a bigger role with Waller sidelined, but he hasn't made a fantasy impact at all. Pick Waller up now if he's available on your league's waiver wire.
