Chicago Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 17 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. This was expected after Mooney continued to sit out of practice due to concussion symptoms. The absence of Mooney won't have a big impact on this offense. He hasn't caught more than two passes in a single game since Week 9. The expectation is that D.J. Moore and rookie Tyler Scott will see more action with Mooney unable to play.
