Daniel Jones Will Not Play In Week 6
one year ago

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (neck) has been ruled out for Week 6 and will not play on Sunday night against the Buffalo Bills, according to head coach Brian Daboll. Jones suffered a neck injury in the Week 5 loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Giants and Jones were optimistic that he wouldn't have to miss any time, but that didn't turn out to be the case and he was held out of practice all week. It's a different injury than what Jones has dealt with in the past with his neck, but it remains to be seen if he'll be ready to suit up in Week 7 against the Washington Commanders on Oct. 22. With Jones down, Tyrod Taylor will serve as New York's starter under center in a tough matchup against the Bills. We'd suggest avoiding all of New York's offensive skill players in fantasy, if possible.
