Daniel Jones Believed To Have Suffered Torn ACL
one year ago

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (knee) is believed to have suffered a torn ACL during Sunday's meeting with the Las Vegas Raiders. The oft-injured signal-caller, who returned for this one after being sidelined for weeks with a neck issue, didn't last long before going down with a non-contact injury. He could be done for the season, assuming an upcoming MRI confirms the diagnosis, especially since the Giants aren't looking like a postseason team. As a result, Tommy Devito, who was 15-for-20 passing for 175 yards, a touchdown, and two picks in Week 9, is in line to start moving ahead. However, with Tyrod Taylor (ribs) on injured reserve, the Giants may look to bring someone in from the outside.
