Daniel Bellinger Should See Expanded Role
one year ago

New York Giants tight end Daniel Bellinger figures to get the starting nod at tight end for the Week 9 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Fellow tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) is expected to miss multiple weeks due to injury. That means, Bellinger should see an expanded role in the offense. Bellinger was a starter throughout most of last season, but took a backseat to Waller once he arrived. The 23-year-old only has four receptions for 22 yards this season, but that was as the primary backup. Fantasy managers shouldn't be jumping to start Bellinger this week, but keep an eye on him in case he does get increased snaps.
