Arizona Cardinals running back Damien Williams (foot) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Ravens. The 31-year-old would finish with just five yards off two carries and four yards off one catch if he doesn't return. But with Emari Demercado the primary rusher out of the backfield, Williams' status for the remainder of Week 8 won't impact fantasy managers much.
