Dalvin Cook Totals 59 Yards In Win Over Bills
one year ago

New York Jets running back Dalvin Cook handled 13 carries for 33 yards as well as three receptions for 26 yards in a 22-16 overtime victory over the Buffalo Bills. Cook was expected to lead the way in New York's backfield on Monday night, and while he was given five more touches than Breece Hall, he was outshined by the second-year man who ripped off an 83-yard run in the second quarter. The 28-year-old Cook should continue to be involved as the season progresses, but Hall looks poised to take over RB1 duties sooner than expected. Fantasy managers should view Cook as a possible flex play moving forward but may want to consider other options in Week 2 when the Jets take on the Dallas Cowboys.
