Dalton Schultz Not Expected To Play Against Broncos

Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz (hamstring) is not expected to play in Week 13 against the visiting Denver Broncos on Sunday. Tight ends Brevin Jordan and Eric Saubert are expected to pick up the slack with Schultz injured. Jordan is probably the better speculative streaming option in very deep leagues, but rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud is more likely to rely on his group of receivers over Jordan/Saubert. Schultz apparently injured himself in the Week 12 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and he finished with just one catch on two targets for two yards. It remains to be seen if Schultz will be healthy enough to play in Week 14 on the road against the New York Jets. Remove him from your starting fantasy lineups now and look for a replacement.
