Dalton Kincaid Peppered With Targets
one year ago

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid was targeted early and often in Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, hauling in a career-high 10-of-11 targets for 81 yards. Kincaid got three targets on Buffalo's initial drive, bringing in two for 18 yards. The 2023 first-round pick drew three more looks during a two-minute situation near the first half's end, collecting all of them for 14 more yards. Kincaid was having a wonderful night before losing a key fourth-quarter fumble while getting upended on a tackle with the Bills on the comeback trail. But quarterback Josh Allen went right back to him on the first play of the ensuing drive, demonstrating a level of trust in the rookie. The 24-year-old Kincaid functioned as Allen's primary target with Buffalo picking on Cincy's poor tight-end coverage this year, and he's a surging TE1 leading into Week 10's advantageous home draw with the Denver Broncos.
