Dalton Kincaid Fizzles Out In Second Half
12 months ago

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid took a step back in Sunday's 37-34 overtime defeat to thePhiladelphia Eagles, amassing five receptions on six targets for 38 yards. The good times in full-PPR leagues came to a halt for Kincaid in Week 12 after the 2023 first-rounder notched five showings in a row of double-digit fantasy points. It was still a tolerable outcome for those who started Kincaid, who surprisingly wasn't targeted during the second half or OT of what was a back-and-forth affair between two of the NFL's most electrifying offenses. A Week 13 bye provides veteran teammate Dawson Knox (wrist) valuable time to heal, potentially spelling the end of Kincaid's run as the top dog among Buffalo's tight ends. Kincaid has shown far too great of a rapport with quarterback Josh Allen, however, to be relegated to any kind of supplemental role. A daunting task in the form of an imposing Kansas City Chiefs defense is on tap for Week 14.
