Buffalo Bills tight ends Dalton Kincaid (concussion) and Dawson Knox (wrist) have been removed from the injury report ahead of Week 7 versus the New England Patriots. Both players practiced in full all week long and have been cleared to suit up this Sunday. Neither player has been particularly exciting this season; both rank outside the top-28 tight ends in terms of fantasy points. They will rank as low-end TE2 options for Week 7.
