Philadelphia Eagles running back D'Andre Swift will take on the Dallas Cowboys in Week 9. The 24-year-old found the end zone for the first time since Week 4 last week against the Washington Commanders but averaged just 3.6 yards per carry. Swift has not surpassed 65 rushing yards since Week 6 and has just three targets in each of the past two games. Philadelphia has had plenty of success the past two weeks passing the ball, leading to less involvement for Swift overall. Now, the former Detroit Lion will face a Dallas defense that allows the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position and has allowed the fifth-fewest rushing yards. There have been plenty of blowouts against bad teams for the Cowboys this season, helping boost their numbers against the run, but Swift still has his ceiling capped this week unless he can find the end zone. Consider the Eagles starting back a mid to low-range RB2 in Week 9.
