Curtis Samuel Won't Return In Week 8

Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel (toe) has been downgraded to out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. He had initially been listed as questionable to return. The 27-year-old caught all four of his targets for 22 yards prior to exiting the contest. Look for Jahan Dotson and Antonio Gibson to get more attention for the remainder of Week 8.
