Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel (foot) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The talented veteran receiver has been listed as questionable, and although there is optimism about his status, the team wants to work him out pregame before making an official decision. If active, Samuel, who has 21 catches, 183 yards, and two touchdowns over his last four games, ranks as a low-end WR3 in fantasy football. If he can't suit up, though, Antonio Gibson and Jahan Dotson could get more involved.
