Curtis Samuel Catches Touchdown In Week 5
one year ago

Washington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught six-of-seven targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Thursday's loss to the Chicago Bears. During a negative game script that lasted the entirety of the matchup, Samuel fell into being Washington's second-leading receiver. There isn't much that should be taken from this game, but it's clear that quarterback Sam Howell has an affinity for throwing to the veteran receiver. With an upcoming matchup against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6, Samuel could be a name to monitor considering how often he's being looked at in this offense.
