Chuba Hubbard Could See Larger Role In Week 6
one year ago

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard has been outproducing starter Miles Sanders (shoulder) on a regular basis throughout the 2023 season. The Panthers could be without Sanders in Week 6 against the Miami Dolphins as he has missed Wednesday and Thursday's practices with a shoulder injury. If Sanders is unable to suit up in Week 6, Hubbard would move into a featured role as the team's starting running back. The Dolphins have been average against opposing running backs in 2023, allowing the 14th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Fantasy gamers can feel free to deploy Hubbard as a high-end RB3/flex option if Sanders ultimately ends up not playing on Sunday, although Friday's injury report will be worth monitoring closely to see whether Sanders is able to participate at all. Stay tuned.
