San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (oblique) has been downgraded to out for the remainder of Sunday's game versus the Cleveland Browns. He initially exited in the third quarter, was listed as questionable, returned for one snap, and then went back to the locker room. Now, his day is done. He finishes Week 6 with 43 rushing yards, nine receiving yards, and one touchdown. With Deebo Samuel (shoulder) already ruled out, the 49ers are now without multiple offensive playmakers. Look for the Niners' passing attack to run through Brandon Aiyuk and George Kittle while Elijah Mitchell leads the San Francisco backfield.
