Chris Godwin Targeted 12 Times In Loss

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin was thrown to early and often during the Week 7 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons. The veteran wideout hauled in six of his 12 targets for 66 yards in the loss. Those 12 targets were a season high for Godwin and something fantasy managers love to see. The Bucs running game is non-existent right now, so expect them to continue airing it out on offense. That being said, Godwin should be a safe play as a WR2 for the upcoming Thursday night matchup against the Buffalo Bills.
