Chris Boswell Not In Fantasy Consideration For Week 16

Pittsburgh Steelers kicker Chris Boswell did not attempt a field goal in Week 15 and converted on just one of his two extra-point tries in a 30-13 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. This marked Boswell's first missed extra point since the 2021-2022 campaign. The 32-year-old will hope to get back on track against the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday. Although Boswell turned in a solid fantasy showing in a meeting with Cincinnati in Week 12, he'll be more difficult to trust this week with quarterback Mason Rudolph leading the Steelers' offense. This contest is not projected for an abundance of points scored, so fantasy managers would be wise to look elsewhere for a starting kicker.
