Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo has hauled in just 10 passes on 13 targets for 73 yards this season. Needless to say, that isn't fantasy-viable production over a four-game stretch, so he should not be trusted in fantasy lineups until further notice. The second-year tight end failed to deliver last week in the absence of Treylon Burks (knee), so even if Burks misses Week 5, there are better streaming options available.
