Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo has seen 19 targets in his last three contests, putting him back on the fantasy radar in deep leagues. Especially since Will Levis brought life to the Titans' passing offense in Week 8 with four passing touchdowns, Okonkwo could have value moving forward. However, a Week 9 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers is not a favorable one for tight ends. Mike Tomlin's stop unit has surrendered the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position this season. Even if DeAndre Hopkins (toe) doesn't play, Okonkwo is too risky to trust in this Thursday night AFC contest.
