Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo has posted at least 45 receiving yards in each of his last three games, which is a positive sign compared to his early-season production. The second-year tight end hasn't made a big fantasy impact this year, but he is second to only DeAndre Hopkins in total targets among Titans' pass-catchers. Since Week 12, he has the 11th-most total PPR fantasy points among tight ends. Since the Houston Texans have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points per game to the position this year, Okonkwo has streaming value and a mid-range TE2 outlook.
