Cardinals To Take Their Time With Kyler Murray
one year ago

The Arizona Cardinals opened the practice window for quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) to return following surgery to fix a torn ACL, but we shouldn't necessarily expect a quick return to the team's active roster for Murray. Sources are saying Murray's return is expected to take multiple weeks, with the most likely outcome that he practices for three weeks and then makes his season debut on Nov. 12 against the Atlanta Falcons. There's also a chance he's able to return on Nov. 5 against the Cleveland Browns if everything goes well. The Cardinals want to put him out there when he's physically and mentally ready to play, and there's no rush. Until Murray returns, Joshua Dobbs will continue to lead Arizona's offense under center.
