Cardinals Open James Conner's Practice Window
one year ago

The Arizona Cardinals officially opened running back James Conner's (knee) 21-day practice window on Wednesday for him to activated from Injured Reserve. Things had been trending this way, and now it's official that Conner is back at practice and potentially on track to return in Week 10 to face the Atlanta Falcons after missing the required four games. Whether the 28-year-old is actually active this weekend will come down to how he looks in practice this week, but fantasy managers could be getting him back very soon. When healthy, Conner will be Arizona's unquestioned lead back. The team is also getting quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) back for the first time in 2023 in Week 10, so their offense will have considerably more upside moving forward.
