Cardinals Officially Name Kyler Murray The Starter In Week 10
one year ago

Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon officially named quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) the starter for their Week 10 contest versus the Atlanta Falcons. This was the expectations all along after Murray has been practicing with the team for the last two weeks while recovering from a torn ACL he suffered in Week 14 of last year. He will be activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list to make his 2023 debut this Sunday. The 26-year-old will take over for rookie Clayton Tune and will remain Arizona's starter for the second half of the season as long as he remains healthy. Murray gives the Cardinals offense much more upside, but fantasy managers may want to expect some rest after such a long layoff. He still deserves to be rostered in all fantasy formats, though.
