According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, the Buccaneers are optimistic about Mayfield's chances to suit up in Week 13 against the Carolina Panthers. With a couple of key quarterbacks on a bye this week, Mayfield is on the fantasy radar as a mid-range QB2. However, Carolina has allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this season, so his upside could be limited, especially if his ankle injury affects his mobility.
