Carolina Panthers quarterback Bryce Young has failed to throw for more than one touchdown in a game since Week 5 against the Detroit Lions. He will look to break that streak in Week 13's road matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It has been a disappointing rookie season for Young, who has just nine touchdowns and eight interceptions in 10 games. The Buccaneers are vulnerable against the pass as they are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to the position but Young hasn't shown enough to be trustworthy in fantasy yet. He settles in as a low-end QB2 heading into Week 13.
