Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco is expected to draw the start against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It'll be his second consecutive week handling starting duties in place of injured quarterbacks Deshaun Watson (shoulder) and Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion). It's worth noting that Thompson-Robinson did clear protocol and was removed from the injury report, but he still lost his starting job, at least for the time being. Flacco showed flashes of potential against the Los Angeles Rams last week, completing 23 of 44 passes for 254 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. He'll rank as a low-end QB2 in fantasy football.
