Broncos Defense Faces Uphill Battle In Week 15

The Denver Broncos defense/special teams unit has had a remarkable turnaround in 2023 and is currently a top-10 fantasy unit with 96 overall points, thanks in most part to what has become a ball-hawking and takeaway-happy D. They lead the league with 13 fumble recoveries and are tied for 13th with 11 interceptions through 13 games. They have a shy-away matchup in Week 15 on Saturday night, though, against a Detroit Lions offense that puts up 390.3 total yards per game this year, the third-most in the league. However, they also have a minus-six turnover differential this season, and quarterback Jared Goff has been giving the ball away like candy on Halloween of late. If the Broncos can force Goff into more mistakes on the road, they could have another strong week, but Denver's D is more of a boom/bust play in fantasy in Week 15.
