Brian Robinson Jr. Totals 79 Scoreless Yards Against Philadelphia
one year ago

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. had 10 carries for 59 yards along with two receptions for 20 yards during Sunday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Leading into Week 8, there were some concerns that Robinson's role as lead back in this Washington offense was fading as rookie Chris Rodriguez Jr. saw some decent usage in Week 7. Those concerns ultimately led to nothing as the former Alabama back led the Commanders in carries while Rodriguez saw none. Unfortunately, Robinson was unable to find the end zone after scoring in Washington's two previous games, but his usage was a good sign. He'll aim to maintain his solid workload against the New England Patriots in Week 9.
