Brian Robinson Jr. Phased Out Of Offense In Week 5 Loss
one year ago

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. had six carries for 10 yards along with four receptions for 33 yards in Thursday's loss to the Chicago Bears. Despite being a popular name heading into this matchup, Robinson had very little involvement against the Bears due to the Commanders falling behind by so much so early. The conundrum with Robinson is that the Washington offense will feature him heavily when they're ahead, but nearly forget about him when losing badly. The latter scenario reared its head in this matchup as six carries were a season-low for the second-year back. Hopefully, Robinson sees a more favorable game script against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 6.
