Brett Rypien Likely To Start In Week 9

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Brett Rypien will likely start on Sunday in Green Bay. Matthew Stafford (thumb) isn't expected to suit up. As a result, head coach Sean McVay will turn to Rypien, who went 5-for-10 for 42 yards after replacing Stafford in the Week 8 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. Rypien isn't the worst signal-caller on the planet. However, fantasy managers will have a tough time trusting him, even with a favorable matchup on the horizon. Of course, Rypien's impending start may not be ideal for Cooper Kupp, who has 21 catches for 316 yards and a touchdown in four appearances this season.
