New York Jets running back Breece Hall (hamstring) is officially active for Week 13 versus the Atlanta Falcons. He had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday. The second-year standout has emerged as the superior back to Dalvin Cook. However, he has suffered from the Jets' extremely poor offensive play. He has fewer than 30 rushing yards in each of his last three games, though he does 15 catches over that span. Hall's fantasy value could be salvaged by catching a large amount of check-downs from Tim Boyle on Sunday. He's a mid-to-high RB2 this week.
