Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Brandin Cooks is an unexciting option in Week 16 fantasy lineups in a game against the Miami Dolphins. Cooks got in a limited practice on Wednesday, but it was reported as a rest day and not injury related. He's been having an up-and-down season, but he's been a fantasy WR3 or better in half of his games since Week 8. The Dolphins defense has been excellent overall and has been able to limit receivers like Cooks fairly easily. There's a very low floor without much of an enticing ceiling for Cooks this week, making him better left on the bench in most leagues.
