Bills Don't Expect Dawson Knox To Resume Practicing
12 months ago

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said on Monday that he doesn't expect tight end Dawson Knox (wrist) to resume practicing ahead of Week 12's game against the Philadelphia Eagles, per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com. Knox's 21-day practice window is eligible to be opened this week, after he found his way onto injured reserve in the aftermath of Week 7's 29-25 defeat to the division-rival New England Patriots. The 27-year-old underwent surgery on his right wrist following that outing, paving the way for 2023 first-round rookie Dalton Kincaid's fantasy stock to skyrocket into the TE1 fantasy ranks in his absence. The Bills get a week off after this Sunday's showdown with the Eagles, so it sounds possible at this stage that the team could hold Knox out through the Week 13 bye. There should be at least one more setup for Kincaid as a confident fantasy starter on Sunday.
