Anthony Richardson Still In Concussion Protocol
one year ago

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol, according to head coach Shane Steichen. This obviously means that the rookie QB will not practice on Wednesday and this puts his status for Sunday's Week 3 contest against the Baltimore Ravens in doubt. Richardson sustained the concussion after hitting his head on the turf while scoring his second rushing touchdown of the game during Sunday's Week 2 win over the Houston Texans. Fantasy managers should monitor his practice status closely over the next few days. However, if he remains in protocol heading into the weekend, he likely won't play, so having a backup plan is recommended. Gardner Minshew would fill in as the Colts' starting QB if Richardson is unable to suit up.
