Anthony Richardson Not On The Week 2 Injury Report
one year ago

The Indianapolis Colts didn't list rookie first-round quarterback Anthony Richardson (knee) on the initial Week 2 injury report on Wednesday after he didn't finish his NFL debut in a Week 1 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars due to a bruised knee. Richardson and the Colts said that he was fine after last Sunday's loss, and this backs that up. He is on track to play in a Week 2 matchup against the Houston Texans on the road. The 21-year-old is going to have his growing pains in his first NFL season, but the Florida product showed why he was the fourth overall pick in this year's draft in his first game last weekend. He went 24-for-37 for 223 yards, one touchdown and an interception and also carried the ball 10 times for 40 yards and an additional score. Richardson is in play as a low-end QB1 in Week 2 against Houston.
